Ordering

How long does it take to receive my order?

Every Eve’s Essentials product is made to order just for you. Production typically takes 2–5 business days, plus shipping time. For U.S. orders, standard shipping is 3–5 business days after production, so most domestic orders arrive within 5–10 business days total. International orders may take 7–30 business days depending on your location. See our full Shipping Policy for details.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Because our products are custom made, orders enter production quickly. If you need to cancel or modify an order, please email us at contact@evesessentials.shop as soon as possible. If production hasn’t started, we can cancel and fully refund your order. If production has already begun, cancellation may not be possible.

Do you offer gift wrapping or gift messages?

We don’t currently offer gift wrapping, but we’re always exploring ways to make the gifting experience special. Stay tuned!

Products

What sizes do you offer?

We offer a full range of sizes for our Women’s Tees and Infant Onesies. Each product page includes a detailed size chart—please check it before ordering, as our products are made to order and sizing returns are the customer’s responsibility.

Will the colors look exactly like the photos?

We do our best to display accurate colors, but slight variations can occur due to differences in screen settings and the print-on-demand process. These minor differences are normal and not considered defects.

Are your products true to size?

Our products follow standard sizing. We strongly recommend checking the size chart on each product page before placing your order, especially for infant onesies where sizing can vary by brand.

What zodiac signs are available?

We carry all 12 zodiac signs! Whether you’re an Aries or a Pisces, we’ve got you covered. Each sign is available in Women’s Tees (multiple colors) and Infant Onesies.

Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. International delivery times vary by region—typically 7–30 business days including production. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking info to update after you receive the shipping confirmation.

What if my package is lost or damaged?

If your package appears lost, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. For damaged items, reach out within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition. You’ll need to contact us before sending anything back to get a return authorization. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Full details are in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

What if I receive a defective or damaged item?

We’re sorry to hear that! Contact us at contact@evesessentials.shop within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll either send a free replacement, issue a full refund, or offer store credit—and in most cases, you won’t need to return the item.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. In some cases, it may take up to 14 business days depending on your payment provider.

Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?

Because our products are made to order, we don’t offer direct exchanges at this time. You can return your item (within 30 days) and place a new order, or choose store credit as your refund option for easy reordering.
