3. Products & Orders

3.1 Made-to-Order Products

All Eve’s Essentials products are custom printed and made to order. We do not hold pre-made inventory. Each item is individually produced after your order is placed and confirmed. Because of this, please allow additional time for production before your order ships (see our Shipping Policy for estimated timelines).

3.2 Product Descriptions & Images

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colors may vary slightly depending on your device’s screen settings, and minor variations in print placement are inherent to the print-on-demand process. These slight variations do not constitute defects.

3.3 Sizing

Size charts are available on each product page. Because our products are made to order, we strongly encourage you to review the size chart before purchasing. Eve’s Essentials is not responsible for sizing issues that result from not consulting the size chart. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for information on sizing-related returns.

3.4 Order Acceptance

Placing an order on the Site constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise noted. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and that the information you provide is accurate.

Sales tax will be calculated and applied at checkout where required by law.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping terms, estimated delivery times, and related information are governed by our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it carefully before placing an order.

Risk of loss and title for products purchased from the Site pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Eve’s Essentials is not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in that policy, including the 30-day return window and the customer’s responsibility for return shipping costs.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, zodiac-themed artwork, and software—is the property of Eve’s Essentials or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, or otherwise use any content from the Site without our prior written consent. Unauthorized use may violate applicable laws and could result in legal action.

The Eve’s Essentials name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Eve’s Essentials. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

Our products are fulfilled through third-party print-on-demand partners. While we carefully select and monitor our fulfillment partners, we are not responsible for manufacturing defects beyond what is covered in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Eve’s Essentials does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee that any product will meet your specific expectations beyond what is described on the product page.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, EVE’S ESSENTIALS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS.

In no event shall Eve’s Essentials’ total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Site or any product exceed the amount you paid for the specific product(s) giving rise to the claim.

Transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping notifications, etc.) are not marketing communications and will continue to be sent as part of the order fulfillment process.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
