Refund policy

Overview

At Eve's Essentials, every item is custom printed just for you. Because our products are made to order, we do not hold inventory and each piece is crafted individually after your purchase. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your order.

This policy covers how we handle returns, refunds, defective or damaged items, and other order issues. Please read it carefully so you know what to expect.

Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Requests submitted after 30 days will not be eligible for a refund.

To start a return, you must contact us before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at contact@evesessentials.shop with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Include clear photos of the product and any issue (required for defective/damaged claims).
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
  4. If approved, we will provide the return shipping address and instructions.
  5. Ship the product back to the address provided. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
  6. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Items must be returned with any original tags or packaging intact.
  • A return authorization must be obtained before shipping the item back.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.
  • Items returned without prior authorization.
  • Items returned after the 30-day return window.
  • Items that were correctly printed and fulfilled as ordered, but the customer simply changed their mind about the design or style.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your return. Eve's Essentials is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

Exception: If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost or offer a full refund without requiring you to return the product (at our discretion).

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved: You will receive a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days, though in some cases it may take up to 14 business days depending on your payment provider.

Store Credit Option: As an alternative to a refund, you may choose to receive store credit for the full value of your return. Store credit never expires and can be applied to any future order.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged during shipping, or is not what you ordered, we will make it right:

  1. Contact us at contact@evesessentials.shop within 7 days of receiving the item.
  2. Include your order number and clear photos showing the defect, damage, or error.
  3. Our team will review your claim and respond within 2–3 business days.

For verified defective or damaged items, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:

  • A full refund to your original payment method.
  • A free replacement at no additional cost to you.
  • Store credit for the full value of your order.

In most cases involving defects or shipping damage, we will not require you to return the product.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Because our products are made to order, please allow 5–12 business days for production plus shipping time. If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, please contact us and we will investigate the issue with our fulfillment partner.

If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you did not receive it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If the package is confirmed lost, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue.

For packages lost in transit where tracking shows no delivery, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no cost to you.

Sizing Issues

Because our items are made to order, we encourage you to refer to the size chart on each product page before placing your order. If you ordered the wrong size, the standard return policy applies: you may return the item within 30 days, but return shipping is your responsibility.

We are unable to offer free replacements for sizing preference issues, as each item is custom printed upon order.

Order Cancellations

Because our products are custom made, orders enter production quickly. If you need to cancel an order:

  • Contact us as soon as possible at contact@evesessentials.shop.
  • If the order has not yet entered production, we will cancel and fully refund your purchase.
  • If production has already begun, cancellation may not be possible and the standard return policy will apply.
