Every Eve’s Essentials product is made to order with love and cosmic care. This policy explains what to expect from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door.
1. Overview
At Eve’s Essentials, every item is custom printed just for you. Unlike traditional retail, we do not hold pre-made inventory. Each product is crafted individually after your order is placed, which means production time is part of every order. We’ve partnered with trusted print-on-demand fulfillment providers with manufacturing locations across the United States and globally to ensure quality and timely delivery.
2. Order Processing & Production
Production Time: 2–5 business days
Because every item is made to order, your product enters production after your order is confirmed. Production typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on the product type and current order volume. During peak seasons (holidays, zodiac season launches), production may take an additional 1–2 business days.
You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed, and a second notification with tracking information once your order ships.
3. Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer multiple shipping options for orders within the United States:

4. International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide! International orders are fulfilled through our global manufacturing network with 70+ locations, and we always aim to produce your order at the facility closest to your shipping address to minimize delivery times.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.
Eve’s Essentials has no control over customs delays or additional charges. We recommend checking with your local customs office for information on potential duties before placing an international order.
6. Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, the items in your cart, and your selected shipping method. We use flat-rate shipping whenever possible to keep costs transparent and affordable.
We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Follow us on social media and sign up for our email list to stay updated on special offers.
7. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.

8. Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, there are situations beyond our control that can cause delays:
- High order volume during peak seasons or zodiac season launches
- Weather events, natural disasters, or carrier disruptions
- Customs processing delays for international orders
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout
If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will investigate the issue with our fulfillment partner.
9. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Once an order enters production, we may not be able to change the shipping address.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
If your package is returned as undeliverable, contact us and we will work with you to get your order reshipped.
10. Lost or Damaged Packages
Lost Packages
If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you did not receive it, please check with neighbors and your local post office. If the package is confirmed lost, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate the issue with our fulfillment partner and work toward a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@evesessentials.shop within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will resolve the issue promptly—see our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.
